Sessions and Pricing

There are a few ways you can start training with The Healthy Me today. 


1. Small Group Training Sessions (not currently offered)

Sam runs small group training sessions throughout the week. As spots fill up quickly, be sure to contact sam@thehealthyme.com.au to secure your position for your chosen session/s.

Unfortunately there are no scheduled group fitness sessions running at the moment. They may become available in the future so don’t forget to keep up to date by checking in, emailing sam@thehealthyme.com.au and keeping up to date on Instagram (@the_healthy_me)



2. Build your own sessions

We all like to spend time with our friends. Why not make a group workout part of your weekly catch up?

Sometimes a workout is a great way to let off some steam with work colleagues. Why not use a group workout to build team work and enjoy time together?

If you have a group of 4 or more, Sam can come and train you and your group.

3. One On One Personal Training

Sam has designed a purpose built fitness studio. The studio is filled with the latest commercial equipment for you (including a Pilates Reformer, boxing, TRX, cardio, weights and more).

Words from Sam: “I will commit myself to you and your goals and expect the same dedication and commitment from you. Come and try a session; you have nothing to lose. It will help me get to know you, work out what motivates you and it also gives you a chance to get to know me."

 

One on one training

$85 for 1 session (45 mins)



On a budget? Bring a friend!

2 people: $55 each to train together (45 mins)

3 people: $45 each to train together (45 mins)
